ABC News is honoring Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month with special coverage throughout May. Beginning May 1, audiences can enjoy stories celebrating the history, culture, and achievements of the AANHPI community across various platforms and programs.


Highlights include performances, cultural showcases, and personal stories, such as:

  • GMA featuring the Rutgers Bhangra team, Korean recipes with chef Judy Joo, and a spotlight on New York’s Win Son Bakery.

  • Nightline exploring Asian traditions, from K-pop dance camps to Kabuki theater.
