Giving Season Begins: 13th Annual 40/29 and Arkansas CW Turkey Drive Launches with Early Bird Donations

The holiday season is a time for gratitude, togetherness, and giving back, and this year, 40/29 (KHBS/KHOG) and The Arkansas CW are once again inviting our community to make a difference in the lives of local families through the 13th Annual Turkey Drive.

On Friday, November 14, residents across Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley are encouraged to help feed our neighbors in need by donating turkeys or monetary gifts at participating Walmart Super Centers and Neighborhood Markets during the 40/29 and The Arkansas CW Turkey Drive.

You don’t have to wait until November 14 to give! Our online donation sites are already open for “early bird” donors who want to help local food banks prepare for the holiday season.

Your donation will go directly toward providing meals for families in need, and thanks to the generosity of Butterball, each Butterball turkey you donate will be matched, up to a total of 1,000 Butterball turkeys on the day of the Turkey Drive!

That means your gift can go twice as far in helping families enjoy a warm holiday meal this year.
