This year’s Bentonville Fashion Week highlights a rising star in innovative, functional fashion—Rebekah Carr who is behind Turne Reformed Dresses. A mom, Air Force veteran, speech pathologist, and entrepreneur, Becky is reimagining what it means to wear a dress, combining style, versatility, and empowerment.

Growing up in Guam and Alaska as a military child, Becky’s childhood was rooted in outdoor play, and she wore dresses sparingly. Watching her daughter Ava face similar challenges of movement in dresses, they teamed up to design a convertible kids’ dress that united style and mobility. What began as a Kickstarter success has since blossomed into a collection of Reformed Dresses for women. These ethically crafted, convertible designs effortlessly transition from dress to flowing pants, ensuring women can live, work, and play without limits.

Committed to sustainability and ethical fashion, Becky runs her small-batch operations in Fayetteville, supporting local makers with living wages and reducing waste. Her designs empower women who refuse to choose between comfort and elegance, leaving an indelible mark on what it means to dress beautifully and purposefully.
